Allen R. Head, a resident of the Parish of Franklin with respect represents to your honor that his Mother Mary Head departed this life in the latter part of the year 1855 intestate and that her succession is vacant and composed of a United States Treasury Warrant drawn on the 30 October 1855 for the sum of ninety four dollars and forty six cents; he further represents that there is no debts due by said vacant succession and that it is necessary in order to collect said warrant that some person be appointed curator of said succession. Wherefore he prays that he be appointed Curator of said succession and that he be dispensed from giving bond as the succession is less that five hundred dollars. He also prays for all such other and further orders and decrees as the case may require and for General Relief, etc. S. S. & S. H.
