Jan. 10, 1929 State Pension Board Baton Rouge, La. Dear Sir, Enclosed find Application of Mrs. EUGENIA BELL, widow of JUNIUS BELL. This seems to be absolutely all O.K. I think Mrs. BELL is mistaken about her husband having once made an application. I undertand that quite a while ago when H. J. LEA was Clerk of the Court of Franklin Parish, JUNIUS BELL prepared his Pension Application, but it was never sent in. If it was I don’t understand why it was not allowed. Please let know if he ever made an application or not. Truly, T. T.
