Necessity Resident Is Dead Mrs. Edna Pippin Henry, 88, died at the home of her son, Dave Henry, at Fort Necessity, Wednesday afternoon. She is survived by three children, Ed Henry, Dave Henry and Mrs. A. Rollerbar, and 13 grandchildren. The funeral was held at Liddieville Baptist Church and interment was in the nearby cemetery in charge of the Winnsboro Funeral Home. W. Foreman Funeral services for P. W. Foreman, Gilbert, were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the home of the deceased and interment followed in the Oakley cemetery near Gilbert. Mr. Foreman died Sunday morning about 8 o'clock after nearly a year of sickness. He leaves his wife and the following children: E. L. Foreman, Gilbert; Mrs. Bessie Peyton, Baton Rouge; W. B. Foreman, Gilbert; Ben Foreman, Gilbert; Mrs. Mable Stanley, Washington, D. C.; Paige B. Foreman, Denver, Colo. Pallbearers were Courtney Kiper, Prince Coates, B. R. Gunn, Leslie McDaniel, Jamie Jones and S. H. Wood. Rev. Leon McLemore, Baptist pastor of the Turkey Creek church, officiated at the final rites, assisted by Rev. Ira. W. O. Cupp, Winnsboro, died at the family home shortly after birth Wednesday morning. The funeral was held at the residence Wednesday afternoon, with Rev. C. S. Wroten officiating. Interment was in Pine Hill cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro Funeral Home. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Franklin Sun Winnsboro, LA November 23, 1939 Submitted by: Glenda Warner Boyd 79-Year Old Man Dies With Heart Trouble Saturday Jack Allbritton, 79, died at the home of his son from heart disease some time during Saturday night, according to coroner Dr. R. E. King. The funeral was held at the Baptist church, Liddieville, Sunday at 2 p.m. Rev. Kitchenham, Columbia, officiated, assisted by Rev. Dana Terry, Winnsboro. Pallbearers were Pink Dark, R. L. Dark, Morris Keys, Jack Collins, J. P. McGee and Owen Maynor. The interment, directed by the Winnsboro Funeral Home, was made in Ogden cemetery. He is survived by Tom, M. F. and C. Allbritton, of Winnsboro; J. J. Allbritton, of Jena; Mrs. Will McDonald, of Columbia; Mrs. Stella Tisdale, of Wright City, Tex., and Mrs. Ola Muckarah, of El Dorado, Ark., and a half-brother, Billie Hawkins, of Rhinehart. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
