Arceneaux 39, of Winnsboro died at Delhi Clinic Saturday after a brief illness. Funeral services were held Sunday at Chase Baptist Church at Chase with the Rev. L.W. Knightt officiating assisted by the Rev. Lowry Russell. Burial was in the Chase Cemetery. Survivors include her husband Floyd Arceneaux of Winnsboro; one son Floyd Arceneaux Jr. of Winnsboro; three daughters Mrs. Gail O'Neal of Winnsboro Miss Peggy Arceneaux and Miss Carlie Sue Arceneaux both of Winnsboro; four sisters Mrs. Ailene Williams and Mrs. Juanita Davis both of Winnsboro, Mrs. Betty Killingsworth of Tallulah and Mrs. Ethel Cruse of Gillette, Wyoming; six brothers, Troy Johnson and Joe Johnson both of Urania, Roy Johnson of Delhi, Allen Johnson of Ferriday, Robert Johnson of Rayville, and W.M. Baum Funeral services were conducted last Thursday afternoon for Herbert Lee Baum, 53, of Route 1, Baskin, at First National Chapel in Winnsboro, with the Rev. Francis Williams, the Rev. Nelson Mitchell, and the Rev. Jimmy Shepherd officiating. Burial was in the Coax Cemetery, near Baskin. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bernice S. Baum of Baskin; one son, Roger Lee Baum of Baskin; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Lou Phillips of Baskin and Mrs. Bobbie Ann Eubanks of Winnsboro; one brother, Louis (sic Lewis) Baum of Winnsboro; Mrs. Viola Pippins, Mrs. Myrtle Shirley and Mrs. Eunice Smith, all of Winnsboro, and Mrs. Ruby Smith of Baskin; and three grandchildren. ************************************************* The Franklin Sun March 13, 1969 Submitted by: Karen McNease Arthur Bradley Arthur "Judge" Bradley, 58 of Winnsboro died Monday morning in Tallulah after a lengthy illness. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Crowville Baptist Church with the Revs. David Terry and C.T. Smith officiating. Burial was in Crowville Masonic Cemetry. Mr. Bradley was active in little league baseball and in high school sports in both Winnsboro and Crowville. He was a member of the Crowville Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Mrs. Doris Rogers Bradley of Winnsboro; one daughter, Mrs. Lorrayne B. Cox of Tallulah: one son, Arthur Jerry Bradley of Monroe; two brothers Bill Bradley of Tallulah and Frank Bradley of Winnsboro: three sisters. Mrs. Mamie McDuffie of Crowville, Mrs. Thelma Lingle of Monroe, and Mrs. Orean Lewis of Beloni, Miss., and four grandchildren. Hall James Edward Hall 61 retired farmer of Gilbert died at Winnsboro Sanitarium Tuesday night following a lengthy illness. He was a native of Mississippi. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Mulhearn's Funeral Home of Winnsboro with the Revs. Shelton Sharbono and Philip LaBorde officiating. Burial will be in South Central Cemetery near Wisner. Survivors include his wife Mrs. Flora E. Mr. Nash had been a resident of Lakeview for the past 30 years and was a retired electrical contractor. He was a member of East Ridge Church of God where he taught the Men's Bible Class and served on the offical board of the church. He is survived by wife, Mrs. Edna Tucker Nash; two daughters, Mrs. Aileen Schubert, Rossville, and Mrs. Gloria Harbin, Huntsville, Ala.; two sons, James Rueben Nash, Jr., Chattanooga, Tenn., and Donald Wayne Nash of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Mae Warf, Baton Rouge, La., and Miss Amanda Fuller, Lakeview; two brothers, Bob Fuller, Kelleyville, Calif., and Neal Fuller, Monroe, La.; six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at East Ridge Church of God with Rev. R.L. Blazier officiating.
