John C. Tucker
  
Funeral services for John Curtis Tucker, of Roanoke, Va., and formerly of Monroe, 
were at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel of Oakies Funeral Home of Richmond. 
Burial will be in Richmond.
Mr. Tucker died Sunday at a Virginia hospital after a lengthy illness.
While in Monroe, Mr. Tucker was a employee of Circle S. Oil Co. He was a retired 
employee of the Veteran's Administration. Mr. Tucker was a veteran of World War II 
and had served as a civilian employee of Vietnam.
Suvivors include his wife, Mrs. Lillian Tucker of Roanoke; one son, James C. Tucker 
of Roanoke; and two sisters, Mrs. Audrey Duchesne of Baskin and Mrs. Marie Brocato 
of Gilbert.
