Wiley E. Underwood
 
Wiley E. Underwood, 89, of Winnsboro died Friday morning at Columbia Haven Nursing 
Home in Columbia following a long illness.
 
Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Saturday at Boeuf River Baptist Church with the Rev. 
Tom Ratcliff officiating.
 
Burial was in Old Ogden Cemetery near here.
 
Survivors include two sons; W. E. Underwood, Jr. of Winnsboro and Eugene Underwood of 
Knox, Ind., three daughters Mrs. Alta Kincaid of Galena Park, Tex., Mrs. Helen Peacock of 
McAllen, Tex., and Mrs. Thelma Davis of Houston, Tex., one sister, Mrs. Mary Dunn of Sikes; 
16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
 
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
