Earl Burgess officiating. Burial was in New Ogden Cemetery. Mrs. Fitch died Tuesday afternoon at her residence after a long illness. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Helen Parker and Mrs. Dorothy Crawley, both of Gilbert; two sisters, Mrs. Christena Ellis of Beaumont, Tex., and Mrs. Fannie Mayes of Rayville; one brother, Curtis Fitch of Liddieville; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. ------------------------------------------------------ The Franklin Sun Winnsboro, LA July 29, 1971 Submitted January 2009 by: Glenda Warner Boyd Infant Jennings Graveside funeral services for Edward Lynn Jennings, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie E. Jennings of Wisner, were 10 a.m. Saturday at the South Central Cemetery near here with the Rev. J. E. Barton officiating. The infant died Friday morning shortly after birth at Sterlington Hospital in Sterlington. Other survivors include one brother, Ronnie E. Jennings, Jr. of Wisner; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Jennings of Wisner; and maternal grandfather, C. T. Fuller of Sterlington. -------------------------------------------------- The Franklin Sun Winnsboro, LA July 29, 1971 Submitted Feb. 2006 by: Glenda Warner Boyd George Williams Funeral services for George Williams, 79, of Winnsboro, were held 3 p.m. Saturday at Shady Grove Baptist Church near here with the Revs. Lee Smith and Bill Grant officiating. Burial was at the Ogden Cemetery at Fort Necessity (sic) Liddieville. Mr. Williams died early Friday at King's Guest Home in Winnsboro after a long illness. A world War II veteran, he was a retired farmer and sawmill worker. He had been a resident of Winnsboro for the past 70 years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Cassie Williams of Winnsboro; two sons, W. H. Williams of Natchez, Miss., and George N. Williams of Winnsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Dollie Garner of Winnsboro and Mrs. Dean Loflin ***********************************************
