Ferrington Funeral services for Harry L. Ferrington, 55, of McAfee, N. J., formerly of Wisner were held at 10 a.m., Saturday in the Chapel of Stickle Funeral Home of Newfoundland, New Jersey. Local services were held at 11 a.m., Monday at South Central Baptist Church with Rev. Lavelle Enterkin officiating. Interment was in the South Central Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. He was a superintendent for the August Arace Co., a veteran of World War II, U. S. Navy, a member of the Nutley Lodge F&AM, Nutley, N. J., and a member of the St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margaret Ferrington, McAfee, N.J.; one son, Harry N. Ferrington, Sparta, N. J.; four daughters, Mrs. Dixie Brown, Vernon, N. J., Mrs. Donna Ruggerio, Oak Ridge, N. J., Mrs. Amanda Silman, Newton, N. J., and Miss Lia Ferrington, McAfee, N. J.; three sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Keene, Pascagoula, Miss., Mrs. Lucille Braswell, Wisner and Mrs. Ruby Kiper, Baton Rouge; and 7 grandchildren. Sanders Funeral services for Clarence Lee Sanders, 72, of Winnsboro were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 6th, in the Chapel of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. Interment was in Shady Grove Cemetery with Rev. Roy Moore and Rev. Francis Williams officiating. Survivors include his wife Margaret Pippin Sanders, Jigger; one son, Billy Ray Sanders, Fort Necessity; one daughter, Adrena S. Bass, Jigger; one brother, Nolan Sanders, Jigger; four sisters, Mrs. Beady Woods, Winnsboro, Mrs. Lottie Wiggins, Jigger, Mrs. Clara Sowell, Crowville, Mrs. Edna Freeman, Ferriday, and 3 grandchildren. Wayne Stroud officiating. Interment was in Providence Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Stephens, Baton Rouge; one son, Randy Stephens, Baton Rouge; one daughter, Michelle Stephens, Baton Rouge; one step-daughter, Stephena Pfieffer, New Orleans; one brother, J. J.(Creepy) Stephens, Winnsboro; two sisters, Sadie Akers, Miami, Fla., and Eloise Sutton, Shreveport; and a number of nieces and nephews.
