Interment was in Providence Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Bil McCutcheon officiating. Survivors include one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Lois Dean, Winnsboro; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, two nieces, and one nephew. Pallbearers were Daryle Dean Sr., Charles Dean, Daryle Dean Jr., Ernest Dupuis, Robert E. Ellerbe, Jr. Funeral services for J.C. Ellerbe, Jr., 53, of Winnsboro were held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, in the Chapel of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. Interment was in Providence Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Cooper officiating. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church, a veteran of World War II, a former employee of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home and an ambulance driver for Winnsboro Ambulance Service. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Odessa Womack Ellerbe, Winnsboro; one son, Walter Ellerbe, Baskin; one daughter, Janie Ellerbe, Winnsboro; his mother, Mrs. Martha Gordy Ellerbe, Winnsboro; three sisters, Mrs. Nell Cruse, Winnsboro, Mrs. Mary Francis Coughran, Winnsboro, and Mrs. Martha Ann Winters, Minden, and two grandchildren. Warner Funeral services for Lee W. Warner, 77, of North Little Rock, Ark., formerly of Franklin Parish, were held at 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 16, in the Holly Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Phil Tisdale, the Rev. Fred Keys, the Rev. Roy Watts and the Rev. Billy Graham officiating. Interment was in Holly Grove Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro. He was a retired farmer and a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church of North Little Rock, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Willie Mae Sanders Warner, North Little Rock, Ark.; three sons, Charlie W. Warner, Prairieville, Glen Ray Warner, Simmesport, and Elbert L. Warner, North Little Rock, Ark.; two brothers, Arnold Warner, Wisner and George Warner, Winnsboro; one sister, Mrs. Medie Stringer, Dallas, Tex.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
