Larry Eubanks and Hardy Beaubouef officiating. Interment will be in South Central Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. A native of Wesson, Miss., he was born May 18, 1911. He was retired from Johns Manville Building Products as as expander operator. He died on June 14, 1982. Survivors include his wife, Lou Ellen Barton Berry, Wisner; three daughters, Pauline Lamae Barron, Ovieda, Fla., Mrs. Millen Marie Gillespie, Bossier City anad Mrs. Joyce Debnam, Monroe; one half-brother, Lawrence Berry, Baton Rouge; four half-sisters, Ruth Ezell, Pioneer, Earline Nelson, Maxine Innerarity and Willie Mae Bacott, all of Baton rouge; eight grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. ------------------------------------------------ The Franklin Sun Winnsboro, LA June 9, 1982 Submitted by: Glenda Warner Boyd Emanuel C. Harper Funeral services for Emanuel C. Harper, 85, of Monroe were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 6, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Interment was in Crowville Masonic Cemetery with the Rev. Raymond M. Howe officiating. He was a resident of Monroe. He died on June 4, 1982 of a lengthy illness. He was a member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church in West Monroe, a member of the Louisiana State Pharmaceutical Association and a member of the Fifth District Pharmaceutical Association and a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Leota L. Harper, West Monroe; two daughters, Mrs. George M. Sartor, West Monroe and Miss Jeannine M. Harper, Ferriday; three sisters; Mrs. Inez Street, Miss Alma Harper both of Crowville, Mrs. W. A. Dunn, West Monroe; two brothers, Dewitt Harper, J. A. Harper, both of Crowville; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers were William C. McCoy Funeral services for Mrs. Ora C. McCoy, 82, of Chase, were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 6, in the Chase Baptist Church with the Rev. Wilmer Hendry officiating. Interment was in Chase Cemetery, Winnsboro under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro. A native of Mississippi, she was born July 19, 1899. She was a resident of Chase for the past 40 years. She died on June 4, 1982 of a long illness. She was a member of Chase Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons, John McCoy of Monroe, Huey P. McCoy and Oscar K. McCoy, both of Shreveport; five daughters, Opal Kelsey of Bolton, Mo., Ruby Browning and Katherine Barber, both of Winnsboro, Pearl Langston of Jackson, Miss., and Jewel Templeton, Monroe; 32 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Morris Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E. Morris, 94, of Winnsboro were held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, June 6, in the Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. C. T. Smith, the Rev. Roger Young and the Rev. Eddie Cooper officiating. Interment was in Old Ogden Ceemtery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. A native of Jonesville, she was born Dec. 7, 1887. She died on June 4, 1982 of a lengthy illness. She was a charter member of Temple Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Albert Morris of Winnsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Addie Marie Brown of Winnsboro, Mrs. Alene Hartless of Refugio, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Watson of Madisonville, Texas and Mrs. Venie Allbritton of Tullos; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were John A. Interment was in New Ogden Cemetery with the Rev. William Hassan officiating. A native of Louisiana, she was born Jan. 15, 1918. She died on May 25, 1982, of a lengthy illness. Survivors include four sons, William R. Sasser, Jr., Robeline; Jerry W. Sasser, Ronnie Sasser and Donnie Sasser, all of Winnsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Jeanette McVay, and Mrs. Carolyn Sue Compton, both of Winnsboro; her mother, Mrs. Susie Gober, Winnsboro; one sister, Mrs. Beula Ashley, Ferriday; and 15 grandchildren.
