Interment was in Harris Cemetery with the Rev. Dub White and the Rev. Rudy Payne officiating. A native of Sikes, she was born March 4, 1905. She was a housewife. She died on Sept. 26, 1985, following a lengthy illness. Survivors include her husband, Joe Buchan, Winnsboro; one son, Kendal D. Buchan, Vicksburg; one daughter, Ruth Ezell, Crowville; three sisters, Bertha Erskin, El Dorado, Ark., Lorine Parker, Sikes and Donnis Stroud, Winnfield; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were C. J. Buchan, Ezra Buchan, J. V. James Hammet officiating. Interment was in Providence Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. A native of Mangham, he was born May 5, 1922. He was a mechanic. He died on Sept. 25, 1985, following a brief illness. Survivors include his wife, Myrtis H. Keen, St. Joseph; two sons, Daniel Keen and Larry Keen, both of St. Joseph; four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Mae Williams, St. Joseph, Mrs. Clara Bell Smith, Rayville, Mrs. Dessie White, Monroe and Mrs. Guthrie Richardson, Polkville, Miss.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Miller Graveside services for Jasper C. Miller, 64, of Seattle, Wash., were held at 4 p. m. on Friday, Sept. 27, at Holly Grove Cemetery, Wisner, with the Rev. Roy Moore officiating. Local services were under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. A native of Sicily Island, he was born Dec. 17, 1920. He was a retired construction worker and a veteran of World War II. He died on Sept. 23, 1985. S. B. Boyett officiating. Interment was in Coax Cemetery, near Winnsboro, under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. A native of Baskin, she was born Sept. 15, 1908. She was a housewife. She died on Sept. 28, 1985, following a brief illness. Survivors include one daughter, Doris Wilson, Monroe; one son, Willard Pippin Jr. Bastrop; one brother, Louis Baum, Baskin; three sisters, Eunice Smith, Winnsboro and Ruby Smith and Myrtle Shirley, both of Baskin; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He died on Sept. 25, 1985, following a brief illness. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lela B. Ward, Winnsboro; one son, Robert L. Ward, Jr., Swartz; two grandsons, Michael Ward and John Robert Ward and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers were O. L. Garner, Lloyd Torrey, Sonny Wilson, John C.
