Interment was in Ogden Cemetery with the Rev. Fred Johnson officiating. She died on Saturday, May 20, 1989. Survivors include one step-daughter, Juanita McClellan Banks, Ferriday; two brothers, Iven Myers, Delhi and Prentice Myers, Hobbs, N.M.; five sisters, Coralie Peoples, Winnsboro, Wilma Grimshaw, Bossier City, Eva Hatton, Columbia, Clara Myers and Willie Mae Gracia, both of Monroe; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Charles Hatton, Charles Myers, George Hatton, Glen Peoples, Elbert Ferguson and Glynn Finley. ********************************************** The Franklin Sun Winnsboro, LA May 10, 1989 Submitted March 2006 by: Glenda Warner Boyd Mrs. Minnie Lillian Rockett EL DORADO, Ark.--- Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Lillian Rockett, 48, El Dorado, Ark., were held May 6, 1989 from Winnsboro First National Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Dennis Mitchell and Bruce Cardin officiating. Burial followed in Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. Mrs. Rockett died May 4, 1989 at Union Medical Center in El Dorado, Ark. She is survived by two daughters, Erin Elizabeth Rockett and Shannon Leigh Crockett, both of Crossett, Ark., her mother, Mrs. Aubrey Comeaux, Winnsboro, and two brothers, Douglas Comeaux, Moline, Ill., and Glen Comeaux, Escatawpa, Miss.
