Adams Funeral services for Mary R. Adams, 79, Winnsboro were held Sunday at Boeuf River Baptist Church in Liddieville with the Rev. Bruce Cardin officiating. Interment followed at Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Mrs. Adams died Friday at North Monroe Community Hospital of an extended illness. She was a member of Boeuf River Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Etheridge, Winnsboro; Mrs. Margie Bryant, Farmerville; one son, Arlon Adams, Start; one sister, Anna Stover, Burbank, Calif.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Norman Underwood, Robert Earl Williams, Robert Fain, Stephen Adams, Jay Adams and Dale Etheridge. ------------------------------------------------------ The Franklin Sun Winnsboro, LA June 26, 1991 Submitted September 2006 by: Glenda Warner Boyd K. G. Dampier Funeral services for K. G. Dampier, 92, Wisner were held Saturday at the Wisner Assembly of God Church with the Rev. David Oliver and Rev. Don Blackmon officiating. Interment followed at South Central Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home. Mr. Dampier died Thursday at Rosalie Nursing Home in Wisner. He was a lifelong resident of Wisner and a retired taxi driver. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Marguerite Dampier, Wisner; two grandsons, William and Patricia Dampier, Brandon, Miss.; Daniel Wayne and Dianne Dampier, Shreveport; three great-grandsons, John Roy Dampier, Steven Dampier, Jason Dampier. Pallbearers were Eldon Brown, Ronnie Jennings, Levi Mahony, Lawrence Young, Henry Allbritton and C. O. Cheatum (sic Cheatham). --------------------------------------------------------------
