'Peanut' Dilley, Sr. Funeral services for O.J. "Peanut" Dilley, Sr., 64, of West Monroe, were held Friday at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel in West Monroe with the Rev. Oda Wayne "Tuck" Roberts, the Rev. C.K. Brooks, and the Rev. Paul Kolb officiating. Interment followed in Ogden Cemetery in Liddieville under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home. Mr. Dilley died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 1994 at HCA North Monroe Hospital. He was a retired foreman with the Louisiana Department of Highways. Survivors include his wife, Mary C. Dilley, West Monroe; two daughters, Peggy Ann Crawley, New Orleans; Karen Angela Bird, Mendenhall, Miss.; three sons, O.J. Dilley Jr. and Jerry M. Dilley, both of Clarks; James D. Dilley, Edmond, Okla.; four sisters, Bertha Seals, Warren, Texas; Inez Griffis, Lafayette; Mary A. Williams, Benton; Estelle McVay, Sterlington; three brothers, Woodrow Dilley, Lafayette; A.J. Dilley, Thermopolis, Wy.; George Dilley, Winnsboro; mother-in-law, Estelle Cool, Monroe; step-mother, Claudie Dilley, Oak Grove; one step-sister; two stepbrothers; 17 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tom McCandish, Conrad Rispoli, Earl Knotts, Tony Rispoli, Bobby Wood and Gary Wood.
