Clara Louella Sowell

 

Funeral services for Clara Louella Sowell, 84, of Winnsboro will 

be today, Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Riser First National Funeral Home Chapel 

in Winnsboro with the Rev. Charles Davis officiating.

 

Interment will follow in Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction 

of Riser First National Funeral Home.

 

Mrs. Sowell died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 1995 at Franklin Medical Center. 

She was a member of the Crowville Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include one daughter, Claire LeFay Sowell Sanders, Paducah, Ky.; 

one son, Oswald Henry Sowell, Palmdale, Calif.; sister, Emma Beatrice Woods, 

Winnsboro; two grandchildren, Lori Anne Sanders Foley and Julie Elizabeth Sowell; 

one great-grandchild, Moira Soiban Foley.

 

Pallbearers were Billy Sowell, James Mercer, Ricky Campbell, Dr. Lamoyne Hogan, 

Bob Hogan and William Ricky Lockridge.
