Lona Crain Taylor
 
Funeral services for Lona Crain Taylor, 98, of Fort Necessity will be today (Wednesday) 
at 10 a.m. at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel in Winnsboro.
 
Visitation will be today from 9 a.m. until time of service.
 
Interment will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery near Winnsboro under the direction of 
Mulhearn Funeral Home.
 
Mrs. Taylor died Monday, July 22, 1996 at Franklin Guest Home in Winnsboro. She was a homemaker 
and a member of the Baptist faith.
 
Survivors include three daughters and a son-in-law, Rethie T. Womack, Fort Necessity; Edna T. 
Johnston, Winnsboro; Verdia and Dan Beach, Wisner; two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Joyce Taylor, 
Winnsboro; Barney and Cecil Taylor, Fort Necessity; 29 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; 
26 great-great-grandchildren; one brother, James Avery Crain, Wisner; and a host of nieces and nephews.
 
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
