Mrs. Harper died Saturday, Feb. 15, 1997 at Franklin Medical Center. Ron Charrier and the Rev. Joe Stroud officiating. Interment followed at Ogden Cemetery under the direction of the funeral home. Mrs. Harr died Saturday, Feb. 1, 1997, at Franklin Medical Center in Winnsboro after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Harr; a daughter, Feldridge Boyett; three sons, Edward Harr, Louis Harr, and Hubert Harr. She is survived by two sons, Bill Harr of Natchez, Miss.; and Herbert Harr of Winnsboro; 10 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
