Edward R. Jennings

Funeral services for Edward R. Jennings, 80, of Wisner were held Monday 
at the chapel of Community Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Eubanks 
officiating.
Interment followed at Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Community Memorial 
Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Mr. Jennings died Saturday, June 14, 1997 at Mary Anna Nursing Center in Wisner 
after an extended illness. He was a native and resident of Franklin Parish, retired farmer, 
and past employee of Franklin Parish Police Jury. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Arlin W. Jennings, Wisner; two daughters, Marlin Ann Morgan, 
Walker; Betty Perkinson, Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sons, Ronnie Jennings, Wisner; Donnie Jennings, 
Baton Rouge; one brother, Bill Jennings, Winnsboro; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 
and a host of nieces and nephews.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
