Amos Griffin, Sr. officiating. Interment followed in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens under the direction of Richardson Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Mrs. White died Wednesday, October 27, 1999 at L.S.U. Medical Center in Monroe following a lengthy illness. She was a speech therapist. Survivors include her husband Robert E. White; daughter Ciji Holmes of Winnsboro; son Antwan Holmes of Monroe; mother, Modean Spencer of Winnsboro; Sisters, Nikki Herring of Monroe, Paula Spencer and Shonta Hendrix, both of Winnsboro; grandmother, Mary Spencer of Winnsboro. Pallbearers were Jimmie Herring, Don White, Jerry Allen, Darren Righteous, Printis Caston, Christopher Chander, Michael Johnson and Victor Lewis. --------------------------------- Submitted by Shirley Ashley Nov. 19, 1999 Tameka Williams Funeral services for Tameka Williams, 23, of Winnsboro were held Saturday at True Gospel Baptist Church with the Rev. Herman Harris officiating. Interment followed in Morning Star Cemetery under the direction of Richardson Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Ms. Williams died Friday, Nov. 19, 1999 at Franklin Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Survivors include two daughters, TaKeala CaSharra Ashante Williams; sisters, Carlmeka Denean Williams, DeAndrea Monique Coleman both of Winnsboro; Syria Detron Hooker of Grambling, La.; grandmothers, Mrs. Tellis Williams and Bertha Corbin of Winnsboro. George Bonner officiating. Interment was under the direction of Riser First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Mr. Winters died Tuesday, November 16, 1999 in Monroe. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jenny Lee Winters; sisters, Emma Faye Winters, Elaine Smith; brother, Louis "Buck" Winters. Survivors include daughters. Angie Norwood and Julie Poret, both of Tunica, La.; son, Clay Winters, Jr. of Winnsboro; sisters, Lucille Roy of Fort Worth, Texas; Linda Posey of Winnboro; Judy Knight of Charlotte, N.C.; Earline Simons of Liddieville; brothers, J.C. Winters and Steve Winters. both of Winnsboro; Marlin "Bo" Winters of Slidell, La. and nine grandchildren.
