Roosevelt Adams

Funeral services for Roosevelt Adams, 49, of Winnsboro were held Thursday
at Holly Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Nolan Mock officiating.
Interment followed in the church cemetery under the direction of
Richardson Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Mr. Adams died Saturday, December 18, 1999 at Franklin Medical Center
after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include a daughter Cathy Adams of Chicago, Illinois; son,
Christopher Adams  also of Chicago, Illinois; parents Hardy and Doris Adams
of Wisner; sisters, Gloria Adams of Chicago; Nina Spruel of Baton Rouge;
Marcella Johnson of Alexandria; Gail Turner and Pinkie Hodges both of Los
Vegas, Neveda; La`June Batiste of Houston, Texas; brother, Johnnie Adams
and Jessie C. Adams both of Wisner; Eurdis Adams of Winnsboro; Bennie Adams
and Melvin Adams both of Flint, Michigan;Glen Adams and Roger Adams both of
Stafford, Texas; Calvin Adams of Sicily Island; and one grandchild.
Pallbearers were Calvin R. Adams, Darrow Adams Sr., Eurdis Adams Jr.,
Jessie Adams Jr., Michael Adams, Tony Adams aand Tobert Adams.
