Funeral services for J.E. Bennett, Sr., 77, of Winnsboro were held Sunday at 
Riser First National Funeral Home Chapel in Winnsboro with the Rev. Kenneth 
Lukens officiating.
 
Interment followed in Chase Cemetery under the direction of Riser First National 
Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 
Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Bennett of Monroe; sons, Johnny Bennett
of Bossier City; Kent Bennett of Winnsboro; Kelly Bennett of Crowville; mother, 
Nellie Bennett; brothers, Donald Gene Bennett and C.O. Bennett both of Winnsboro;
five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
 
Pallbearers were, Dennie Bennett, Don Smith, Don Bennett, Webb Rodgers, 
Keith Orr and Raymon Bennett.
