Jennie Lee Bethea
 
Funeral services for Jennie Lee Bethea, 91, of San Francisco, California,
formerly of Wisner, were held Sunday at St. Paul Baptist Church in Sicily 
Island with the Rev. Andrew Powell officiating.
 
Burial followed in New Salem Cemetery in Sicily Island under the direction 
of Richardson and Sims Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 
Mrs. Bethea died Wednesday, July 26, 2000 in San Francisco following 
a brief illness.
 
Survivors include three daughters, Geraldine Bethea, Deloris Bethea, Jean
Bethea; three sons, James Bethea, Max Bethea, Donald Bethea; one sister, 
Osea Cash; 40 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-
grandchildren.
 
Pallbearers were Jimmie Williams, Cleveland Williams, Leroy Williams, Earl 
Williams, Charles Williams and Donald R. Williams.
