Lynn Ellerbe
 
Funeral services for Lynn Ellerbe, 41, of Gilbert were held Thursday at 
First Baptist Church in Gilbert with the Rev. Keith Stephens officiating.
 
Burial followed at Oakley Cemetery under the direction of Riser First 
National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 
Mr. Ellerbe was born November 20, 1958 in Winnsboro and died 
July 26, 2000 in Monroe.  He was a member of First Baptist Church 
in Gilbert.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and 
Linda Ellerbe.
 
Survivors include two step-sons, Scott Buras and C.J. Buras both 
of Venice, La.; sisters, Joanna Strong of Baskin; brothers, Ed Ellerbe
Jr.,  Bush Ellerbe, Carey Ellerbe all of Gilbert; and Jimmy Ellerbe of 
Baskin.
 
Pallbearers were C.C. Kimball, Christopher Hunt, Alvie Vick, Stacy 
Calhoun, Danny Fuller, Chad Easterling and Burt Jones.
