Barbara M. Ferrington
 
Graveside services for Barbara M. Ferrington, 88, of Wisner, were held Saturday 
at Holly Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Neal Raborn officiating.

Services were under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Mrs. Ferrington died Friday, May 12, 2000 at Summitt Hospital in West Monroe after 
an extended illness.  She was a resident of Franklin Parish, a homemaker and a member 
of South Central Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Jade Ferrington; 
a daughter, Sue Ferrington; grandchildren, Steve Berry and Melvin Ferrington Jr.

Survivors include her two sons, Melvin Ferrington and Ernest Berry both of Ferriday; 
five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
