Foy Funeral services for Ruby O. Foy, 77, of Winnsboro were held Wednesday at Fort Necessity Baptist Church with the Rev. Milton Williams and the Rev. Joe Stroud officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Mrs. Foy died Monday, April 3, 2000 at Franklin Medical Center after and extended illness. She was a resident of Franklin Parish, a homemaker and a member of Bayou Macon Baptist Church. Mrs. Foy is preceded in death by a grandson, Trey Foy and her brothers, Stanley Carroll, Herbert Carroll, Harrison Carroll and Howard Carroll. Survivors include her husband, Jake Foy of Winnsboro; children, Wayne Foy and wife Gail of Gonzales, Sue Foy and daughter, Suzanne of Winnsboro; Joy Foy and his wife Saundra of West Monroe; Douglas Foy and wife Bonnie of Winnsboro; Chuck Foy and wife Angelia of Fort Necessity; sisters. Mildred Beach of Wisner; Marie Guiollot of Mississippi; 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were nephews, Ronald Beach, Michael Beach, Darrell Beach, Hilton Huff, Todd Huff and Allen Huff.
