Corinne E. Francis
 
Funeral services for Corinne E. Francis, 82, of Jigger were held Sunday at 
Riser First National Chapel with the Rev. Greg Guillot officiating.
 
Interment followed at Shady Grove Cemetery near Wisner under the direction 
of Riser First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 
Mrs. Francis was born on May 5, 1918 and died Friday, August 25, 2000.  
She was a member of the Baptist faith and was a retired nurse from King's 
Hospital in Winnsboro.
 
Survivors include three granddaughters, Rene' Gillespie and husband, David; 
Kim Thomas and husband Carl all of Jigger; Michelle Shirley and husband 
Chuck of Shreveport; and four great-grandchildren.
 
Pallbearers were Junior Roberts, Son Gillespie, Gary Thomas Jr., Earl Thomas, 
Chris Thomas and Gary Thomas.
