Rev. Robert E. McDonald Jr.
Funeral services for Rev. Robert E. McDonald Jr., 75, of Winnsboro 
were held Wednesday at the Community Memorial Chapel with Dr.
Harry Boyd officiating.
Graveside services was held Thursday at New Augusta, Mississippi
Cemetery under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home 
of Winnsboro. Rev. McDonald died Monday, June 12, 2000 at his 
residence after a sudden illness.  He was a member of First Baptist 
Church of Winnsboro.
Survivors include his wife, Melba H. McDonald of Winnsboro; children, 
Lynette McDonald of Phoenix, Arizona; Norman McDonald of New Augusta, 
Mississippi; Charles McDonald of Jackson, Mississippi; 
Travis McDonald of Slidell, La;  Lavon McDonald of Birmingham, 
Alabama; and five grandchildren.
