Gerald Lewis officiating. Interment followed at Hewitt Cemetery under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Mr. Milby died Saturday, January 01, 2000. He was a native of Franklin Parish, resident of Richland Parish, an operator with Sunbelt Plastics, a member of the Methodist faith. He served with the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Gilley Milby of Mangham; mother Alma Milby of West Monroe; children, Darla Tippen and husband Steve of Calhoun; Jason Milby and wife Janice of West Monroe; sisters, Blondell Barnes of Monroe; Mary Hawthorne of Winnsboro; brother, J.L. Milby of West Monroe; grandchildren, Tyler Tippen and Meagan Milby; also survived by step-children, step- grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Ricky Barnes, George Dispenza, Jeremy Dispenza, Larry Milby, Ronnie Rodriguez and Ardwayne Stapp.
