Emma Lee Miles
 
Funeral services for Emma Lee Miles, 85, of Wisner were held Saturday at Locust 
Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. George Lavender Jr. officiating.
 
Interment followed at Mathis Cemetery under the direction of Richardson Funeral 
Home of Winnsboro.
 
Ms. Miles died Monday, December 4, 2000 at Franklin Medical Center following a 
lengthy illness.
 
Survivors include five nieces, Linda M. Sanders of Los Angeles, California; Flora 
Majors and Addie Lee Criff both of Wisner; Lovenia Thomas of Winnsboro; Mary 
Lee Blanson of Houston, Texas;  six nephews, Benny Sanders of Los Angeles, 
California; John Heckard of Wisner; Robert Lee Jr. of Oakland, California; 
Charles Heckard of Omaha, Nebraska; Ledell Heckard and Odell Spears both 
of Monroe.
