"Dub" Mock Funeral services for Willie A. "Dub" Mock, 80, of West Monroe were held Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home with the Rev. Goron "Skip" Dean officiating. Burial followed in Mulhearn Memorial Park. Mr. Mock died Saturday at his residence. He was an Army Veteran, served in World War II, was in the Battle of the Bulge, received the European, African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal and three Bronze Service Stars. Mr. Mock was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Carter Mock. Survivors include two sons, James Mock and Charles Mock; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Charles Smith, Robert Fain, Harold Coburn, Ray Coughran, Ivan Hawthorne and Ruben Carter. Memorials may be made to the Highland Baptist Church or the Shriners Hospital.
