Isaac Payne Sr.
 
Funeral services for Isaac Payne Sr., 86,  of Winnsboro   will be held Saturday, 
May 27 at 11 a.m. at the Mount Zion Church of Christ in Gilbert with the Rev. 
Darren Payne officiating.
 
Visitation will be Friday, May 26, from 7 to 8 p.m.
 
Burial will follow in State Place Cemetery in Gilbert under the direction of Richardson 
and Sims Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 
Mr. Payne died Sunday, May 21, 2000 at Franklin Medical Center following a brief illness.
 
Survivors include six daughters, Eula Mae Payne of New Orleans; Armendia P. Williams, 
Jane Payne and Fannie Payne all of Winnsboro; Evis Payne Webb of Dallas, Texas; and 
Carrie Payne Etheridge of Los Angeles, California; eight sons, Dan Gordan, Jerry Gordon 
and Willard Payne all of New Orleans; Isaac Payne Jr. of Houston, Texas; James Payne 
and Thomas Payne of Dallas, Texas; Hosea Payne and Ralph Payne both of Los Angeles, 
California; two sisters, Mary Hopson of Monroe; Annie Mae Wheiler of Rayville; one brother, 
Ciscro Payne of Compton, California; 61 grandchildren, 109 great-grandchildren and 26 
great-great-grandchildren.
 
Grandchildren and great-grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
