Jennifer Rene' Rice
 
 
Jennifer Rene' Rice -- A loving daughter and sister departed this life Saturday,
June 3, 2000 in Memphis, Tennessee.  Jennifer was a native and lifelong 
resident of Baton Rouge.
 
A memorial service was held at Riser First National Funeral Home in Winnsboro 
on Thursday.  The Rev. Peyton Bass officiated.
 
She is survived by her mother, Barbara Miller Rice of Baton Rouge; father and 
stepmother, Rene' and Diane Rice of Grand Isle; three sisters and two brothers-in-law,
Scottie "Rae" and Jefferson Angers of Baton Rouge; Karen and Billy Jo Thompson 
of Denham Springs; Kristen Ann Thompson and nephew, Jarid Paul Thompson of 
Denham Springs; maternal grandmother, Lorraine Miller of West Monroe;  two aunts 
and one uncle, Beverly and Ed Newman of Slidell; Irma Morace of West Monroe; and 
numerous cousins and friends.
 
Jenifer was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Cordell Miller; paternal 
grandparents, Richard and Tonsa Rice; uncle, Carley "Butch" Miller; and cousin, 
Shea Shelton.
