Funeral services for Reta Rushing, Baskin, formerly of Gilbert, 
were held Tuesday, January 23, 1990 at Baskin Baptist Church with 
Rev. Woodson McGuffee officiating.  Burial followed in Pleasant 
Hale Cemetery near Baskin under the direction of Winnsboro First 
National Funeral Home.

Mrs. Rushing died Sunday, January 21, 1990 
at her residence after  a lengthy illness.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Bernice McKeithen, Baskin;
Mrs. Pauline Anthony, Aurora, Illinois; one son, Troy Rushing,
Conroe, Texas; two brothers, Ernest McManus, Rayville; and 
Fred McManus Holly Ridge; eleven grandchildren and thirteen 
great-grandchildren.
