Eunice Smith

Funeral services for Eunice Smith, 81, of Winnsboro were held Monday at
Riser First National Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. Alan Miller and
the Rev. Jim Taylor officiating.
Interment followed at Coax Baptist Church Cemetery near Winnsboro under
the direction of Riser First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Mrs. Smith died Saturday, December 25, 1999 at Glenwood Regional Medical
Center in West Monroe. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in
Winnsboro. 
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Smith.
Survivors include seven children, Loretta Gwin and husband Charlie; Ted
Smith and wife Francine; Sharon Carroll and husband Michael; Kay Williamson
and husband Layne , all of Monroe;  Lavada Armstrong and husband  Don;
Clark Smith and wife Helen, all of Winnsboro;  Virginia Baugh and husband
Odell of Baton Rouge  ; two sisters; Ruby Smith of West Monroe; Myrtle
Shirley of Baskin; 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
