Lou D. Smith
 
Funeral services for Lou D. Smith, 45, of Winnsboro were held
October 14, 2000 at First Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Amos
Griffin officiating.
 
Interment followed at Gethsemane Garden under the direction
of Richardson Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 
Ms. Smith died Monday, October 9, 2000 at LSU Medical Center
in Monroe following a brief illness.  She was a homemaker.
 
Survivors include her mother, Jestina Davis; sister, Lois Wilson 
of Winnsboro; brothers, Jesse Smith, Danny Ray Davis and 
Donald Ray Lewis all of Winnsboro; Patrick Lewis of Atlanta, 
Georgia.
 
Pallbearers were Phil O'Neal, Jerry White, Paul Stubbs, Ernest
Wilson, Joseph McMann and Mark Heggins.
