Theresa C. Walker
Funeral services for Theresa C. Walker, 16, of Newellton were held Wednesday 
at United Pentecostal Church with the Rev. David McKeithen and the Rev. Jeff 
Ramsey officiating.
Interment followed at Legion Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Community 
Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Theresa died Monday, July 24, 2000 at Rapides 
Regional Medical Center in Alexandria from an auto accident.  She was a student 
of Newellton High School,  past student at Ruston High School, and a member of 
United Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include her mother, Susie Walker of Newellton; brother, Michael Walker 
of Newellton; grandparents, Milton Matthews of Winnsboro; Ethel Mae Tyson of 
Baton Rouge; great-grandparent, Jessie "Beauty" Davis of Newellton; also a 
host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers were Barclay Tullos, Courtney Bamburg, Blake Reeves, Graig Savage, 
Michael Gatlan, Carl Gatlan and David McKeithen.
