Jody Christopher Welch

 Funeral services for Jody Christopher Welch, 25, of Mobile,
Alabama, were held Thursday at the chapel of Community Memorial 
with the Rev. Ray McMurray and the Rev. James McMurry officiating.
 Interment followed  at Providence Memorial Park under the 
direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 Mr. Welch died Sunday, March 5, 2000 at Mobile.  He was
a native of Winnsboro, a pipefitter, served in the United States Army
and Attended the Pentecostal faith.
 Mr. Welch was preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. & Mrs.
W. O.Welch.
 Survivors include his wife, Anna A, Welch of Mobile; mother, 
Shirley B. Welch of Winnsboro; father, Danny Welch of Bannockburn, 
Illinois; brothers, Danny Welch, Jr. of North Carolina; Hank Dustin
Browder of Winnsboro; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Berry of Winnsboro;
also aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
 Pallbearers were Danny O. Welch Jr., Hank Dustin Brodwer,
Melvin Franklin Berry, Jr., Joey Lee Berry, Vernon DeWayne Curington,
Madonna Huacuja and Stacey Ray Allen.
