The Rev. Clemen T. Smith officiated. Surviving Mr. Welch are his wife, Mrs. Minnie Welch; three children, Leo W. Welch, Winnsboro, Mrs. Lola Parker, Crowville, and Ance C. Welch, Mule Shoe, Tex.; one brother, Silas L. Welch, Winnsboro; one sister, Mrs. C.C. Moore, Monroe; Seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were J.L. Payne, W.T. Marshall, Landis Parker, Luther Lanier. A.J. Riser and Royce Parker. Friends of the family were honorary pallbearers.
