She was currently living in Mobile, Ala. with her husband, Louis R. Westerburg, near her daughter, Dottie Rose Mattina and her husband, Joe Mattina and their two sons, Kyle and Kevin. Mrs. Westerburg enjoyed two careers in her lifetime; a political one in the State of Louisiana, and a teaching career that spanned the duration of 40 years in both the state of Louisiana and Florida. She was a loyal wife to her husband Louis, a retired professional engineer and a devoted mother to daughter, Dottie, also a public school teacher , and a son Dick, a coporate attorney and his wife Pam of Austin Texas; grandchildren, Trey and Afton Westerburg; two brothers, Bill and George Noble; two sisters, Jean Warren and Clara Bowden. Funeral services will be at Riser First National Funeral Home in Winnsboro, on Wednesday May 31, 2000 at 4 p.m. Burial will follow in the New Winnsboro Cemetery with the Rev. John Goodwin officiating.
