Betty Earline Wilks
 
Funeral services for Betty Earline Wilks, 79, of Jonesville were held Tuesday at 
New Life Pentecostal Church in Manifest with the Rev. David Poole and the Rev. 
Mike Poole officiating.
 
Interment followed at Mount Zion Cemetery under the direction of Community 
Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
 
Mrs. Wilks died Sunday, September 10, 2000 at LaSalle Medical Center after an 
extended illness.  She was a resident of Jonesville, a homemaker and a member 
of the Pentecostal faith.  She was preceded in death by a son, Troy Deion Young.
 
Survivors include her husband, Aubry M. Wilks; three daughters, Bunny Woods of 
Jena; Mary Taylor of Jonesville; Rebecca Manly of Columbia; one son, Aubry Roy 
Wilks of Jonesville; one sister, Lara Mae Bradford of Pineville; three grandchildren 
and 12 great-grandchildren.
 
Pallbearers were Bruce Taylor, Clay Manly, Ricky Weeks, Michael Weeks, Brian 
Weeks and Eddie Manual.
