Don Wright and the Rev. Johnny Miller officiating. Interment followed at Old Winnsboro Cemetery under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro. Mrs. Williams died Friday, November 17, 2000 at Citizens Medical Center in Columbia after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Hebert. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Fred F. Kincaid, and a son, Edward L. Kincaid. Survivors include her husband, Rudolph Williams of Herbert; daughter, Debbie Parker and husband Marvin of Fort Necessity; son, James S. "Sambo" Kincaid of Ponchatoula; sister, Estelle Lavinge of Amarillo, Texas; brothers, Willie A. Jinks of Five Points, California; Johnny R. Jinks of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, eight great-grand- children and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were David Kincaid, Todd Maxwell, Dave Cobb, Harris Clark, Gary Jinks and G.W. Jinks. Honorary pallbearer was Matthew Cobb.
