**Submitter's notes: Druceal (Drucilla) R. Allen Stephens was born in
Tallahassee, Leon County, FL to Newell L. Allen and Mary A. Fulford
Allen.  She married William A. Stephens 27 March 1874 in Jackson
County, FL.  According to his tombstone at Holly Grove Cemetery, he
died 08 May 1908.  There is no death certificate for him.  They moved
to Franklin Parish, near Wisner, from Florida circa late 1884 or
early 1885 according to the bithdates of their children on the 1900 
Franklin Parish Census.
