The petition of Martin Van Wilson a resident of said parish with respect represents that he is father and natural tutor to the minors Derrick January and Martin Van Wilson, that their mother is dead. He Therefore prays that he be confirmed and qualified as tutor as aforesaid and that an under Tutor be appointed to said minors and for such other orders and proceedings as may be required in the premises.
