    Know Ye, that W. S. Kenton has been and he is hereby appointed 
under tutor of the minors William Wallace & Kate Trahern and that he
has complied with all the requisites of the law - and he is hereby
authorized and fully empowered to do and perform all the duties of 
said appointment, according to law.
    Witness, the Honorable Carey J. Ellis Judge of said court and the
seal thereof on this 6th day of Jan'y 1896

of the property belonging to the minors William Wallace and Kate
Trahern amounts to the sum of sixteen Hundred dollars as shown by the
