The Petition of Terrissa M. Head, the Surviving wife of Allen R. Head who lately died intestate leaving two minor children the issue of his marriage with the Petitioner his heirs and a Small amount of property both real & personal & slaves rights & credits situated in Franklin Parish. That Said succession is without an administrator and is very much involved with debts that the large portion of Deceased property belongs to a special p artnership existing between deceased & his brother, Jephtha H. Head, that petitioner is entitled to the administration as she is the natural tutrix to the heirs who are all minors and partner in community_______wherefore she prays that after the legal notices & delays an Inventory & appraisement made of the effects belonging to said succession & for full and General Relief, etc. H. & S.
