O. Clinton and deputies last week and this week have arrested and jailed 5 men alleged to have been concerned in the killing of an old fisherman by the name of Nathan Jolly who was killed on or about August 1913. The men arrested are: John Thomassee Clement Thomassee Gestan Fredieu Narcisse Fredieu Frank Antee They will be given a preliminary examination at the Colfax Courthouse on Saturday April 24th by Judge John A. Williams. The old fisherman lived in a houseboat at the mouth of Nantchie Bayou and is suppose to have been murdered for the purpose of robbery.
