We were pleased to receive a copy of brother Harvill's campaign paper at the
Peoples Banner this week.  He gets off a tolerable fair five column folio
sheet and we  doubt not would  do a great deal  better if he was not so badly
handicapped by having to run it in the interest of McEnery.  We suppose
brother Harvill now knows what the term "swayback" means as applied to the
supporters of McEnery since  he has had some experience in carrying his load
before the people.
