Clara B. Baines

COLFAX - Services for Clara B. Baines will be in Trinity United Baptist
Church. Burial will be in Ravencamp Cemetery.

Mrs. Baines, 54, of Colfax died Saturday, July 3, 1999, in Huey P. Long
Medical Center, Pineville.

She was a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Marvin Buggs of Colfax and Terry Baines of
Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Evelyn Williams of Colfax and Yvonne Evans of
Baumholder, Germany; her parents, Sarah Hamilton and Banks Jones, both of
Colfax; seven brothers, William Hamilton, the Rev. Tom Hamilton, Charles
Maltie and Larry Hamilton, all of Colfax, Willie Hamilton and Clifton
Maltie, both of Alexandria, and Alfrederick Jackson of Fort Walden, Fla.;
four sisters, Lillie Caples of Houston, Texas, Deborah J. Allen of
Gulfbreeze, Fla., Beatrice Jones and Dorothy Maltie, both of Colfax; and
eight grandchildren.
