BARDWELL Alexandria Town Talk, Jan 25, 1998 DRY PRONG -- Services for Hazel Watson Bardwell will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hebron Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard DeBusk officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Pineville, under direction of Hixson Bros, Alexandria. Mrs. Bardwell, 72, of Dry Prong died Saturday, Jan. 24, 1998, in St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria. She was a member and Sunday school teacher at Hebron Baptist Church and retired co-owner of B & S Circle Garage. Survivors include her husband, Kirby O. Bardwell of Dry Prong; three sons, David S. Bardwell of Mobile, Ala., Thomas W. Bardwell and Bruce E. Bardwell, both of Alexandria; two daughters, Beth Bardwell Fox of Hammond and Linda Bardwell Slocum of Alexandria; one brother, James Carlos Watson of Garner, N. C.; one sister, Ruth Watson Moore of Louisville, Ky.; and five grandchildren. Friends may call from 5-10 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of services Tuesday in the church.
