BINGAMAN Alexandria Town Talk, Mar. 03, 1998 GEORGETOWN -- Services for the Rev. W.A. Bingaman will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Georgetown United Pentecostal Church with the Revs. T.F. Tenney, Bill Davis, Carl Wheatly and C.E. Cooley officiating. Burial will be in Old Bethel Cemetery, Clarks, under direction of Hixson Bros., Alexandria. Bingaman, 80, of Ball died Monday, March 2, 1998, in his residence. He was an ordained United Pentecostal minister for over 48 years. He pastored churches in Pine Grove, Anacoco, Metairie and Georgetown. He was the present Louisiana District United Pentecostal Church Sunday School Department Secretary, an office he had held for many years. He was a member of Haughton United Pentecostal Church and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Jewel M. Bingaman of Ball; one son, James A. Bingaman of Huffman, Texas; one daughter, Glenda F. Moore of Haughton; four sisters, Jean Craft, Jackie McBroom and Bonnie Fordham, all of West Monroe and Billie Montgomery of Denver, Colo.; four grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. Friends may call from 4 p.m. today until time of services Wednesday in the church.
